Peconic Landing - Pub Dining & Patio Renovations and Addition

Peconic Landing, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the town of Greenport, NY, selected KDA Architects to renovate and expand its existing dining venue. The surrounding area is known for its wineries and vineyards, beachfront views, fishing, and downtown with an abundance of shopping and dining experiences.

There were previously two on campus dining options for the residents of Peconic Landing—a large dining facility that provides  full-service formal dining and a smaller, casual dining venue for on-the-go eating.  

The renovated dining spaces create a multi-layered, indoor/outdoor space, with distinctive dining experiences for Peconic Landing residents.  Expansive windows frame views of the surrounding natural features. The outdoor patio provides panoramic views of the Long Island Sound that can be enjoyed throughout the year, and allows residents to socialize with casual lounge seating and a firepit.
